Embodied Connection

I felt inspired to create a small, private space where we can all share and connect. Also, some of you expressed a desire for deeper connection, and I’ve seen how helpful it can be to talk with others going through similar things — of course, when we meet, I do my best to deeply tune into your experience, meet you where you are, and guide you through the process and transfer the tools to you. But sometimes, it’s also powerful to connect with others who aren’t your mentor, yet are going through similar experiences.

For example, I’m not a parent, but I’ve seen that some of you are navigating the challenges of parenthood — so I connected you so you could support each other. I’m not a millionaire entrepreneur who struggles with deep connections and has too many fans to handle (lol). And I’m not a man either — I tried hard, didn’t work. 😄

I’ll be posting little insights and reflections in this space that can support your process, usually inspired by conversations I have with you privately, and you’re welcome to share anything that feels alive for you too. It’s not a must, just something I didn’t want to keep from you.

Ps.: I’m keeping my mentoring circle small going forward (max 10–15 people in the future), so we can stay more connected and not overwhelm the space.
