There are two ways we can work together privately.

One is through simple one-on-one Sessions, the other is Personal Mentorship.

If you’re new to somatic work, we usually begin with one or a few sessions so you can gently get familiar with the process. From there, we can move into mentorship, where I’ll be by your side, guiding you step by step as you learn how to use this somatic method to unwind emotional repression for yourself. My role is to support you until you feel confident with the tools — you won’t need me forever.
